🔧 What You'll Do
As our go-to AP expert, you'll help keep our financial engine running smoothly:

Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain spotless records and ensure vendors are paid on time
Handle expense allocations across properties with precision
Manage credit card reconciliations and ensure timely payments
Support monthly close processes and bank reconciliations
Collaborate with U.S.-based property managers to resolve discrepancies
Keep general ledgers accurate and up to date
Provide backup support within the accounting department

Must-Haves:

Prior AP & invoice reconciliation experience for a U.S.-based company
Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel (ResMan or Yardi is a plus!)
Strong communication skills in English—written and verbal
Ability to work independently during night shift hours
High-speed internet, reliable laptop/PC, and a quiet work setup
